Description:
Conduct minor maintenance tasks required on the site (including buildings, contents, car parks and gardens), as directed by Manager / Surveyor.
Carry out scheduled Maintenance and Redecoration Programmes as per Maintenance Manual.
Report all faults or repairs to manager.
Monitor and assist contractors and engineers as required
Maintain inventory of equipment and materials and ensure these are safely stored.
Drive a car / minibus for transportation of staff or Service Users and pick up / delivery duties as required.
Service vehicle with fuel and oil, checks fluid levels, cleans vehicles and equipment externally and internally and replaces bulbs.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Knowledge of DIY methods and materials.
Hand and power tool operation applicable to trade.
Salary/Hourly rate:
£6.43 Per Hour
